the smallest skin ============== By Donny Pracner, Jully 2002. it's very transparent - you can see a lot under it. it shows only the basic buttons and stuff. also small on drive - it's under 1k (one kilobyte)!!! It may look bad on a rather colorful background, but nothing's perfect. If you wish to do the same with your skin, you may copy the Region.txt file in your skin.
