blackmarbles theme for cpumeter v0.9

This is a cpumeter theme that i modified to use svg files instead of png to enhance the clarity at larger sizes. I have also tried to centre the indicator arrows of which on original themes seems to be slightly off-centred.To install:1.Untar the archive2. Navigate from nautilus to: /.screenlets/CPU_Meter/themes3. paste the unziped folder here4. Run the cpumeter screenlet and navigate through themes. Source: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1005988
