RadarScreenlet

This is a screenlet for viewing NOAA weather radar images in the US. It will let you view the short range radar for all the published modes (base reflectivity, storm relative motion, etc), has a configurable refresh interval, will show the warning overlay, and will let you select what overlays to view.
