TextEqualizer Impulse Theme

Preamble: I like to have cool equalizer in the background of my desktop but it annoying myself to see a insulse group of bars, circles or rotating stuffs when the music get off.Description: I modified the default impulse theme to show the equalizer over a text (at least make sense when there is no sound)The equalizer bars are of different color depending if are over or outside the text borders.
