Step 1 :- Press ctrl+H to view hidden files.
Step 2 :- Copy ".mate_wood_conky" folder and ".conkyrc" file to your home folder. You can later edit the .conkyrc file to make changes.
Step 3 :- Open terminal and type sudo apt-get install conky-all.
Step 4 :- Type conky and see if conky is working.
Step 5 :- Close the terminal and open Startup applications
Step 6 :- Choose "add".
Step 7 :- Enter "Conky" as name and a description you like. Make sure you click on Browse and go to "/usr/bin/" folder and select conky. On the command entry you will see "/usr/bin/conky". This will make conky srun on startup.
