khdapsmonitor Nuvola icon set

This is a Nuvola[1]-based icon set for khdapsmonitor[2] - a monitor for the IBM HDAPS system using hdapsd.Since the original icons of this app don't fit into the Nuvola icon set very well, I decided to create Nuvola based icons for it.In order to install it, simply extract the archive into the /usr/share/icons/hicolor directory. The path may differ depending on your distribution.
