kde_win2k & kmix_icons (fixed (2000))

Various Bug Fixes to the icon theme to spruce things up and smooth out the theme. Alas I have both kmix icons to look like the win2k one - i just took the one from the win2k icons and renamed it, but the muted one I had to create the circle, etc.. and I added instructions on how to replace the kmix docked icons with the win2k ones.As always - u can email me with any bugs that I need to fix at yahoo@palmonezire31fanatic^ The above email is backwards.
