Iconic Ubuntu Pidgin

Basically this is a mashup to sit on top of the default Human Theme. I am using 8.10 (Ibex) so I don't know how it looks in others.There are three changes that I think make things look fresher.1. I replaced the browser icons for back, forward, refresh etc with the ones from the installed crux theme that look more modern.2.
