Any Color You Like Simple

Big fan of ACYL by switzak I made some improvements for better usability and customization. I want make this work public since original theme doesn't have any updates for a long time.Main changes- New configuration program written with pure python and GTK 3.0.- All filters are external plug-ins now. They have own settings and can be easily added/removed by user.- Minor changes in icon format.
