KDE Classic Icons

I took the KDE-Classic icon set that you can find, cut out stuff that's obsolete like postscript icons, and gave everything modern icon names conforming to the freedesktop.org standard. It's not a very big icon set (KDE was smaller back then) but that's why I made it inherit from BluecurveRH and oxygen, to fill out the missing stuff with like icons.
