liquid spill (panel and widget background)

i took the aya theme and replaced some files, using raster images and inkscape.supposed to look like a spilled liquid. should i make a complete theme based on this concept? email meinstall by extracting to its own folder in /share/apps/desktoptheme in your kde4 directory, and edit /share/apps/config/plasmarc so that the theme is 'spill' without quotes. then in the command line type 'killall plasma && plasma' Source: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/998623
