Stripshine

i was tired of all the blurry themes so I made a sharp one. also it's shiny and it has stripes.it's nonscalable pngs, sorry about that. can't be bothered to learn inkscape.to get that kickoff icon install and use the attached icontheme. it inherits oxygen.panel only done at south position currently. various elements not done at all.
