DarkBreeze Plasma 4

This theme is ported from Plasma 5 default dark theme to work well in all versions after Kde 4.8.0. I made some mix with another themes to get this better fit.You need to turn off the Blur effect in System Settings > Desktop Effects to get it opaque. Source: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/998711
