Hello, if you are reading the Readme, you must be really bored. This is my ninth WinAMP skin ever. I used three programs to make this skin. They were: Microsoft's Paint, Surawung's SkinnerToo (unregistered version), and quickSkin v1.3. I used SkinnerToo to make the buttons, and the writing on the title bar. I used quickSkin to make everything else. I used Paint to put SkinnerToo's buttons on quickSkin's skin and to edit the picture so that it looks better as a skin. I spent the most
