ok kiddies,
in case your wondering why this skin might look a little familiar,
it is based off of a skin called "Black and White" by "No Way Graphics"
madd props to the guy who came up with the basis I have built from.

there are two purposes for this skin:
1) easy readability (high contrast)
2) reactiveness with winamp AVS (when set to an overlay color of 0,0,0)

one of the problems I noticed with black and white was that when using overlays, whenever the overlay got close to a bright color, you would not be able to see the controls for winamp.

I decided to make a skin that you could still "read" while making your whole desktop look like it's on an acid trip.

info about overlays:
you need a (somewhat) recent video card to do this.

run winamp

run the AVS visualization.

when the AVS window comes up, double click on it, and the winamp control panel should show up.

from the top menu bar
settings->display

there is a section about overlays
change the overlay color to (0,0,0) or true black.
then enable the use of overlays.

if your computer supports it (or has those resources free) you will have a very trippy looking winamp skin.

Form and Function, who could ask for more?

p.s. keep an eye out for skins like this of which I will mod to different colors.
